Description

  • Review therapist enrollment information and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and payer compliance.
  • Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications, rosters, demographic updates, re-credentialing, and termination requests.
  • Validate provider and practice data, including NPI information, locations, tax details, and state licensure.
  • Manage enrollment files from submission through approval and follow up with insurance carriers.
  • Resolve routine enrollment barriers and escalate complex or high-risk issues to Enrollment leadership.
  • Maintain therapist, payer, clinic, and effective-date records in internal databases.
  • Document submissions, payer correspondence, status changes, and outstanding requirements.
  • Communicate with therapists, payers, partners, and internal teams to support timely enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Credentialing, Onboarding, and Partner Success teams.
  • Monitor operational metrics, meet productivity standards, and improve workflows and documentation.

Requirements

  • Typically less than one year of related experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, enrollment, or operational support.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and timeliness expectations.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify routine barriers and escalate complex issues.
  • Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and digital management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. location: AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk or Virginia Beach VA, WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX excluding Houston, TN, or WI.
