Description

  • Respond to day-to-day partner questions and requests in English and French, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Support onboarding of new small-business clients and partner groups, including communications, eligibility updates, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate monthly reports for plan sponsors, brokers, and partner account managers.
  • Troubleshoot partner and operational issues with internal teams, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Maintain partner records, documentation, and task tracking in Salesforce, Missive, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Assist with partner webinars, educational sessions, and related communications.
  • Identify recurring issues and improve workflows using automation and AI-enabled processes.
  • Independently manage assigned partner inboxes and recurring operational workflows as the role develops.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or similar role, ideally in B2B account coordination, client services, or operations.
  • Bilingual English and French communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and interest in helping people solve problems.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities, timelines, and follow-ups with close attention to detail.
  • Dependable, collaborative approach with willingness to ask questions, accept feedback, and follow through.
  • Comfort learning new tools and using AI to improve recurring processes.
  • Willingness to support teammates and collaborate across internal stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work remotely within Canada or in a hybrid arrangement from the Toronto office.
  • Ability to complete required criminal record and identity verification checks.
