Description

  • Plan, schedule, and publish the firm’s content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube at least 14 days in advance.
  • Design and execute a multichannel content strategy across social media, web, and other digital channels to drive conversions and community loyalty.
  • Lead content ideation for the creative team and document each concept with format, visual reference, target platform, and execution guidance.
  • Track content ideas and projects from concept through publication, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
  • Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, competitors, and industry best practices on a bi-weekly basis to generate high-impact content ideas.
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer and content creator to keep editorial deadlines on track and escalate blockers or delays as needed.
  • Monitor key metrics across active social networks and prepare bi-weekly comparative performance reports.
  • Implement data-driven improvements based on reporting insights and platform performance.
  • Stay current on platform feature updates, algorithm changes, and trends, and share relevant learnings with the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and digital community management.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with content strategy, social media publishing, or digital community growth is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting is preferred.
