Description

  • Develop and lead an end-to-end social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram from the ground up.
  • Define content pillars, brand positioning, and a consistent posting cadence.
  • Transform the client’s ideas into polished short-form content.
  • Produce and edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, graphics, captions, and copy end to end.
  • Lead the personal rebrand and create a cohesive, premium, education-first identity.
  • Create accessible, non-salesy content about life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth.
  • Grow the accounts organically to generate inbound interest, community, and referrals.
  • Track engagement, report on performance, and refine the strategy over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts, supported by a portfolio and measurable results.
  • Strong short-form video skills, including ideation, filming direction, and editing.
  • Solid graphic design, caption writing, and copywriting ability.
  • Experience building personal brands or founder-led brands, including rebrands.
  • A strong eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics that feel curated rather than mass-market or corporate.
  • Ability to simplify educational or complex topics into engaging content; finance or insurance familiarity is a plus.
  • Focus on organic, community-led, and referral-led growth rather than paid advertising tactics.
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to take direction and execute independently.
  • Availability to work EST hours.
