Description

  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media, blogs, the company website, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Write SEO-focused content such as blog articles, landing pages, website copy, newsletters, and digital ad copy.
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Create and update client-facing marketing materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and brochures, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign, content, and SEO performance and prepare regular reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code solutions.
  • Develop and maintain AI agents, reusable prompts, workflow templates, and SOPs for recurring marketing tasks.
  • Research, test, and implement new AI tools, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Review AI-generated content for accuracy, factual correctness, brand consistency, and overall quality before publication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or CapCut is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or professional services such as accounting, finance, legal, or consulting is a strong plus.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Native or professional Turkish proficiency and fluent business English; all interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset for reviewing performance data and suggesting improvements.
  • High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Home-office based role with work hours aligned to US Eastern Time.
  • Travel may be required.
