Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to global teams by shaping content briefs with APAC market insights.
  • Manage end-to-end localisation and delivery timelines for New Product Introduction (NPI) training assets.
  • Coordinate with transcreation agencies, local reviewers, field teams, and publishing vendors to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • Identify market-specific training gaps and develop region-led campaigns that resonate with local retail teams.
  • Collaborate with local teams to design and localise advocacy and engagement programs such as contests, seeding programs, and gamified initiatives.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales & Activation, Retail Sales, and local and global training teams to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee upload and distribution of content across Learning Management Systems and internal advocacy platforms.
  • Manage localisation budgets and track asset usage to assess efficiency and ROI.
  • Maintain linguistic precision and brand voice consistency across APAC markets, including Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education.
  • 12+ years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management.
  • Proven experience program managing complex projects with strict deadlines, especially NPI or product launches.
  • Experience managing localisation workflows and working with external vendors.
  • Previous experience in the Consumer Electronics or Tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural nuances across APAC.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and experience using tools like Smartsheet.
  • Ability to maintain trackers and manage complex spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, verbal and written English communication, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work effectively in ambiguity and a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong aptitude for integrating AI tools into project workflows, with a preference for Google AI tools.
  • APAC-friendly working hours, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
