Description

  • Design and guide the frontend architecture for a unified SaaS platform across multiple products.
  • Build reusable UI frameworks, shared patterns, and modern frontend foundations.
  • Modernize legacy codebases and help teams adopt better engineering practices at scale.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers on cohesive product experiences.
  • Lead by example through hands-on prototyping, implementation, and technical problem-solving.
  • Mentor and challenge senior developers while raising the overall quality of frontend work.
  • Improve developer experience through better tooling, workflows, and scalable practices.
  • Help ensure frontend solutions are performant, consistent, and maintainable across products.
  • Evangelize new patterns and approaches so they can be adopted broadly by engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Deep expertise in one or more major frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 4+ years of experience shipping SaaS solutions to production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven mentorship and leadership ability with senior engineers.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain tradeoffs and document patterns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing extensible frontend architectures such as modular React apps, micro frontends, or plugin systems (preferred).
  • Experience with tools and technologies such as MUI, Vite, Tanstack, Emotion, AWS, Docker, Grafana, or AzDO (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, internationalization, domain-driven design, and AI/LLM concepts (preferred).
