Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create job postings and source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct structured recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with recommendations and interview summaries.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and hiring decisions to keep the process moving efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare verbal offers, draft offer letters, and coordinate the offer approval process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting documentation in the ATS (Lever).
  • Track recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and support process improvement and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Lever.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Zoom.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting for corporate, technical, operational, or professional services roles.
  • Preferred: experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring.
  • Preferred: knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Preferred: experience interpreting recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
