Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, future capability requirements, and hiring success criteria.
  • Lead recruitment kickoffs and manage the full hiring lifecycle from approval through offer acceptance.
  • Build structured, inclusive interview plans, scorecards, assessments, and interviewer guidance.
  • Conduct sourcing and outreach through LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and other channels.
  • Maintain diverse candidate pipelines and adjust sourcing strategies based on pipeline quality and market conditions.
  • Facilitate evidence-based candidate debriefs, challenge bias, and support selection decisions.
  • Manage offer development, approval, negotiation, and candidate communication with care.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment data, and compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Support onboarding transitions and coordinate with People Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to talent process improvement, employer brand, referrals, reporting, and responsible AI/tool testing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
  • Strong experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates across multiple role types and levels.
  • Experience building proactive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on role definition, hiring strategy, and evidence-based selection decisions.
  • Experience managing employment offers and supporting transparent negotiations.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, ideally Workable, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and data.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, fair-hiring practices, and recruitment compliance.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, SaaS, digital products, or another mission-led, fast-growing organization is a plus.
