Description

Review and add new client orders to the system.
Review, prepare, and scan client-submitted authorizations.
Learn and apply court subpoena rules and court service list requirements.
Review, prepare, and scan court subpoenas submitted by clients.
Communicate with clients daily regarding order questions and document deficiencies.
Problem-solve client inquiries and issues related to orders.
Prioritize assignments and manage multiple incoming tasks.
Assist with confirming where records requests should be sent to obtain records.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.
Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and self-organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Ability to work in a team environment and fast-paced setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong capacity for retaining and applying knowledge.

Benefits

Remote full-time position.
Hourly pay of USD $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
