Description

  • Review and add new client orders to the system.
  • Review, prepare, and scan client-submitted authorizations.
  • Learn and apply court subpoena rules and court service list requirements.
  • Review, prepare, and scan court subpoenas submitted by clients.
  • Communicate with clients daily regarding order questions and document deficiencies.
  • Problem-solve client inquiries and issues related to orders.
  • Prioritize assignments and manage multiple incoming tasks.
  • Assist with confirming where records requests should be sent to obtain records.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong capacity for retaining and applying knowledge.
