Description

  • Take high-volume inbound and outbound calls, including cold calls, to medical offices and other businesses.
  • Research medical facilities using provided resources to identify relevant treatment locations.
  • Compose emails and communicate findings to clients.
  • Perform general data entry, maintain and update files, and keep records organized.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete projects within tight deadlines.
  • Work independently while also collaborating as part of an investigations team.
  • Handle sensitive and potentially graphic case materials when required.
  • Use persistence and professionalism to follow up on leads and gather hard-to-find information.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of general clerical office experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with heavy phone work, such as call center or receptionist roles, preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Strong note-taking and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of the different types of medical facilities.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work primarily 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST and occasionally shift to CST or EST hours.
