Description

  • Automate infrastructure creation using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Perform application configuration management and enable Infrastructure as Code through deployment tools.
  • Own and manage the build and release cycle for customer projects.
  • Deploy releases and support operations and maintenance activities.
  • Enhance and maintain operations infrastructure such as Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, monitoring tools, and metrics tools like Graphite and Grafana.
  • Provide operational support to the engineering team and help migrate legacy infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Establish and enforce operational best practices.
  • Participate in hiring culturally aligned engineers and mentor them in their career growth.
  • Collaborate with founders to design team strategy and contribute to long-term technical planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • 4+ years of experience in configuration management and systems engineering supporting large-scale Agile environments.
  • 4+ years of Linux or Windows administration experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Git, including branching and merging strategies.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and platform services.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
  • 2+ years of experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS), AWS ECS, and Docker.
  • Strong drive to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Preferred experience with multiple cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Preferred AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or DevOps Professional.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with data pipelines, big data processing, or machine learning workflows on cloud platforms.
