Description

  • Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions and manage agendas, invites, attendance tracking, and real-time technical troubleshooting.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics for training preparation and follow-up, including prerequisites, documentation, and system access.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for providers and handle individual requests with a high standard of customer service.
  • Identify trends in provider technical issues and help design mitigation steps to improve the training experience and program KPIs.
  • Identify gaps in training workflows and help design and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Clinical, HR, IT, and other technical teams to align training delivery and keep enablement materials accurate.
  • Support onboarding operations and the ongoing evolution of the Bend integration within the Lyra ecosystem.
  • Update and maintain training materials and operational records across internal tools, including Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
  • Act as a stabilizing force in a fast-paced environment by making data-driven decisions with incomplete information and adapting as business needs change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of combined relevant experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field.
  • Fluency in Google Suite is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp (LMS) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and implement process improvements.
  • Experience resolving technical issues with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Genuine passion for supporting clinicians in their learning and development.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States.
