Description

  • Lead and mentor the marketing strategy team while managing creative resourcing and fostering a high-performance, experimental, empathetic culture.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for the Health Plan and Health System market.
  • Partner with product and clinical leaders to translate technical roadmaps and clinical outcomes into value propositions and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry shifts to keep positioning proactive and aligned to market changes.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across campaigns, social media, web, and earned media touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and other marketing teams to integrate narratives, executive thought leadership, and media opportunities with the corporate brand and reputation strategy.
  • Build and scale integrated marketing teams from the ground up.
  • Work with clinical, product, and sales stakeholders to align messaging with product reality and market needs.
  • Oversee creative and editorial workflows to maintain high quality across written and visual content.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or product marketing, with heavy emphasis on healthcare or enterprise B2B.
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex clinical or technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Proven ability to build persuasive pitch decks and sales narratives that contribute to closing large enterprise or health plan deals.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling integrated marketing teams from the ground up.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, product, and sales leads to align messaging.
  • High standards for written and visual content, with experience overseeing diverse creative and editorial workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the Health Plan landscape and the challenges faced by large Health Systems (preferred).
  • Experience managing creative services teams (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape (preferred).
