Description

  • Manage a team of 6+ people supporting clinicians and patients.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operations point of contact and liaison for the clinical team.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and client engagement.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance metrics aligned with best practices and SLAs.
  • Manage escalated patient cases and lead timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze data to identify issues, measure capacity, monitor trends, and inform program decisions.
  • Support headcount planning and forecasting based on business needs and program demand.
  • Facilitate weekly 1:1s and team meetings to support development, performance reviews, team culture, and process alignment.
  • Represent Lyra in engagements with external behavioral health organizations and customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations within a clinical setting, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with team management experience.
  • Clinical training preferred but not required, such as a Master of Social Work or Registered Nurse credential.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can quickly diagnose issues and work independently toward sustainable solutions.
  • Strong project management and team management skills.
  • Experience managing operations in a clinical environment supporting clinicians and patients.
  • Experience in case management in a clinical setting.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical specialists and senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify issues, track progress and trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Experience using technology to improve the efficiency of clinical support processes.
  • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch.
