Description

  • Oversee day-to-day resident relations and coordinate with cross-functional colleagues to support a positive resident experience.
  • Manage the analysis, processing, and reconciliation of housing-related resident financial transactions, including variance and discrepancy resolution.
  • Resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns, questions, requests, and chronic policy noncompliance issues.
  • Design and deploy resident information and engagement campaigns to improve satisfaction and community rankings.
  • Support strategies to increase income, reduce expenses, and enhance the value of the community.
  • Create accountability on the team by setting expectations, supervising work, and providing timely performance feedback.
  • Lead coaching, mentoring, and training for team members on company culture, business goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key partner stakeholders and respond to partner requests.
  • Perform Resident Associate duties as needed and complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in residential property management.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a team of service representatives.
  • Experience training team members on compliance, renewals, and customer complaint resolution.
  • Proven ability to maximize revenue through data-driven customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Experience performing accounting functions, including delinquent account management, collections procedures, and transaction verification against audit trails and ledgers.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and connect operational activities to business strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure highly productive operations that meet or exceed business goals.
  • Ability to professionally interact with people from diverse backgrounds and resolve escalated, complex, or sensitive concerns.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
