Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex systems and platform capabilities.
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional projects aligned with technical strategy and business objectives.
  • Define architectural patterns and standards that improve scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Mentor engineers across teams and influence technical growth and career development.
  • Partner with product, design, and AI teams to deliver AI-native product experiences and developer tooling.
  • Lead technical initiatives that improve developer efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock innovation.
  • Provide technical leadership in design and code reviews to raise engineering quality.
  • Share knowledge through documentation, workshops, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments, with AWS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems such as Kafka and SQS, and distributed databases.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production.
  • Expert-level understanding of software design principles including SOLID, dependency injection, and domain-driven design.
  • Experience building SaaS platforms, ideally with multi-tenant architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agent workflows; experience building or deploying AI-driven products is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, design, AI, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and long-term business value.
