Description

  • Own the roadmap to increase customer value, improve quality, and reduce friction across the Presence platform.
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with defined value, scope, milestones, and metrics.
  • Run discovery with customers and internal teams to validate problems, test solutions, and reduce execution risk.
  • Write concise PRDs, roadmaps, and decision documents that create clarity and align stakeholders.
  • Sequence work for iterative delivery and fast learning.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship reliable, intuitive, and delightful experiences.
  • Define and analyze success metrics to measure impact and guide future product decisions.
  • Lead strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout for high-impact, high-complexity product initiatives.
  • Drive new offerings as well as improvements to existing core product solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years leading large, complex 0→1 or major revamp initiatives.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, find the MVP, and balance speed with quality.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive clarity and earn trust across the business.
  • Experience building technical products such as integrations and APIs.
  • Strong attention to quality and detail with a focus on exceptional user experiences.
  • Fluency in AI tools and experience using them to multiply your impact.
  • Experience building AI-powered products, including agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt creation, and evaluation suites (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry (preferred).
