Description

  • Define and publish the Product Design strategy within the first 90 days and evangelize it company-wide.
  • Establish design principles, standards, and a distinct product design point of view.
  • Champion the customer perspective in product decisions and keep agent needs at the center.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform engagement and weekly active users.
  • Own the quality bar for all customer-facing experiences.
  • Translate product strategy into high-quality design execution that drives business metrics.
  • Lead, develop, hire, and retain the Product Design team as it scales.
  • Build a culture of feedback, craft, accountability, and operational rigor.
  • Integrate AI tools and workflows into the design process to increase velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Model AI-native working methods and coach the team to adopt them.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product design, including at least 3 years in a Head of Design, Design Director, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading design at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience building and scaling design teams.
  • Demonstrated success retaining top design talent.
  • Portfolio showing measurable business impact alongside strong craft.
  • Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes such as retention and revenue.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • Operational rigor with clear processes, feedback loops, and accountability.
  • AI-forward mindset with active use of AI in design practice.
  • Curiosity about how real estate professionals work and what earns their trust.
  • Experience with complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy products is a plus.
