Description

  • Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for new and existing patients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients by answering incoming calls.
  • Screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to patient leads.
  • Send emails to follow up with patient leads.
  • Obtain and communicate patient information including identification, history, insurance details, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, and intake forms.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Provide professional, high-quality customer service to support patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1 year of office admin experience required.
  • 1 year of call center or other high-call-volume experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction.
  • Must be able to work both days of the weekend.
  • Reliable high-speed internet is required for remote work, along with a backup internet option.
  • For Tennessee residents, candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from Luna’s Nashville office to qualify for a fully remote role.
