Description

  • Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for new and existing patients.
  • Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Obtain, verify, and communicate patient information including identification, history, insurance details, missed appointment policies, therapist arrival instructions, and intake forms.
  • Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and patient information in the system.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused support to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Work a consistent part-time schedule while supporting a fast-paced remote call center environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of office administrative experience required.
  • 1 year of call center, contact center, or other high-volume phone experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a backup internet option are required for this remote role.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state and, for fully remote eligibility, outside a 50-mile radius of Luna's Nashville office.
