Description

  • Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launch activities within Supply Chain.
  • Define, develop, and track KPIs for sourcing, supplier tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch readiness.
  • Manage part availability across prototype build phases and mitigate readiness risks.
  • Drive program execution to keep vehicle programs on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
  • Support cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives through analysis, coordination, execution, reporting, and recommendations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Central PMO, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers supporting vehicle programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify issues proactively, escalate when needed, and develop recovery and mitigation plans with leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 5 years of direct people management experience, including mentoring and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to lead independently, adapt quickly, problem-solve, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and program management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
  • Prior automotive industry experience.
  • Master’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
