Description

  • Create polished digital assets for social media, paid media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations and display advertising.
  • Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Design motion graphics, animated text overlays, transitions, logo animations and branded visual elements.
  • Produce website and landing page graphics that support user experience, conversion and search performance.
  • Design email marketing layouts, newsletters and promotional creative that improve readability and click-through rates.
  • Create presentation decks, pitch materials, client review decks and internal documents.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for campaign testing and performance optimisation.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services and Creative teams to align assets with performance goals.
  • Manage production timelines, organise workloads and keep files and asset libraries structured.
  • Support LTF’s own marketing with social, website, sales and recruitment creative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital design, content design, creative production or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and video editing work.
  • Advanced video editing ability using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software.
  • Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or equivalent design tools.
  • Experience designing for social media, paid ads, websites and email campaigns.
  • Experience creating presentation decks and client-facing documents.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads creative best practice is advantageous.
  • Experience in aesthetics, dental, healthcare, beauty or wellness is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with photography, filming or editing video shoot footage is beneficial.
