Description

  • Collaborate with departmental leads to develop project briefs.
  • Build client relationships through creative ideation, recommendations, and hands-on support.
  • Present creative concepts and strategy to clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply insights about brands, disease states, clinical trials, data, and competitors to creative work.
  • Develop marketing initiatives that fulfill client strategy.
  • Own the quality of art assets, including third-party vendor deliverables.
  • Manage design-team priorities, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Mentor and grow the creative team while maintaining strong internal relationships.
  • Monitor industry, competitor, and cultural trends and incorporate relevant insights into agency strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of agency-side experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience leading brand planning with client budgets of $3M–$8M.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
  • Strong artistic point of view and ability to communicate creative vision.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
  • Ability to remain closely involved in creative execution and art quality.
  • Work portfolio required during later interview stages; candidates must be located in the United States or Canada, preferably in the Eastern time zone.
