Description

  • Provide tier I support for IT and communications systems through the service desk.
  • Log and document customer issues in the ticket management system.
  • Analyze symptoms, assess urgency, and resolve issues when possible.
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate Tier II support group when first-call resolution is not possible.
  • Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and assist with internal and external escalations.
  • Look for process improvement opportunities and follow up with peers and leads to improve service delivery.
  • Deliver superior customer service to end users by phone and through other support channels.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team supporting clients across the globe.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, service desk, or help desk role providing tier I support.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills in a professional environment.
  • Strong Spanish bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and remain effective in high-stress situations.
  • Capability to establish rapport with peers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to deliver superior customer service on and off the phone.
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends.
  • ITIL Incident Management understanding (preferred).
  • A+ Certification (preferred).
