Description

  • Design, architect, and implement solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations environments.
  • Support Long View’s Business Applications D365 F&O portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver engagements.
  • Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Create solution documentation, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition-to-operations information.
  • Develop and implement solutions for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Work directly with Sales and Delivery leaders to support solution demos, design, and quotes.
  • Collaborate with business clients, business analysts, developers, and other architects throughout delivery.
  • Use strong business and technical consulting skills to understand client requirements and influence customers toward change management over customization.
  • Facilitate workshops such as envisioning sessions and art-of-the-possible sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Proven expertise across multiple products in the D365 Unified Operations portfolio, including Financials & Accounting, Budgeting, Project Management, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Sales Orders, and Retail.
  • 3+ years of experience with Dataverse and the Power Platform.
  • 3+ years of experience with integrations and APIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
  • Preference for candidates with designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer, Scrum, or Prosci.
  • Ability to support solution demos, design, and quotes in partnership with sales and delivery leadership.
