Description

  • Lead media relations, press outreach, and proactive corporate storytelling.
  • Partner with executives on industry visibility, executive communications, and strategic messaging.
  • Manage announcements involving company news, executive appointments, acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational updates.
  • Build relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and communication plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Create internal communications strategies supporting culture, performance management, organizational initiatives, and change management.
  • Establish communication standards and ensure consistent messaging across leaders, departments, and regions.
  • Advise leaders during transformation, anticipate communication risks, and address employee concerns.
  • Own Lone Wolf’s social media strategy, content, engagement, and performance refinement.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and social conversations to identify communication opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting communications in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Experience partnering with and advising executive leaders on communication strategy.
  • Demonstrated success leading both external and internal communications initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with organizational change, transformation, or culture initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across Marketing, People, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
  • Experience developing PR, thought leadership, executive visibility, and scalable internal communications programs.
