Description

  • Coordinate submissions and follow-up for all AWS funding programs.
  • Maintain centralized tracking of funding requests, approvals, owners, deadlines, and expirations.
  • Review AWS program guidelines and ensure requests meet eligibility and internal policy requirements.
  • Coordinate customer sign-off and escalate issues to prevent approval delays.
  • Liaise with AWS, Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Prepare recurring dashboards and reports on funding request status.
  • Audit requests, validate supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with AWS requirements.
  • Track approvals, coordinate invoicing with Finance, and identify risks that could lead to funding clawbacks.
  • Improve workflows, templates, approval matrices, and closeout checklists to reduce cycle time.
  • Document processes and deliver training on funding programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination and administration, preferably managing funding programs in technology services or consulting.
  • Experience tracking requests, validating data, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
  • Ability to review documentation, project scopes, budgets, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and AWS funding mechanisms preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
