Description

  • Lead the definition and refinement of Logical’s SEO product with a focus on future-facing capabilities.
  • Build strategy playbooks for organic visibility across fragmented search behavior and emerging platforms.
  • Conduct and oversee technical SEO audits covering crawl efficiency, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internationalization.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Serve as strategic lead on high-impact SEO accounts and prioritize outcome-aligned roadmaps.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on SEO’s business impact and connect organic performance to top-line KPIs.
  • Partner with Insight to build visibility auditing frameworks and LLM-specific reporting loops.
  • Work with Creative on content briefs, creative testing, and schema-driven page design.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media leadership to identify shared signals across SEO and SEM.
  • Oversee contractor support and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, audits, and cross-functional strategy.
  • Experience leading SEO strategy for mid-to-large brands in B2B or B2C verticals.
  • Strong perspective on how AI and large language models are reshaping user behavior and organic opportunity.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO with the ability to design and execute audits and guide implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and emerging AI platforms such as Perplexity, GPT, and Claude.
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and building organization-wide alignment on organic strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate across channel, strategy, and execution teams.
  • Bonus: experience with structured data (schema), content design systems, or enterprise SEO platforms.
