Description

  • Define and refine Logical’s SEO product strategy, including future-facing capabilities such as AI impact, multimodal search, schema, and non-Google visibility.
  • Build strategy playbooks for organic visibility amid shrinking CTRs and fragmented search behavior.
  • Conduct and oversee technical SEO audits focused on crawl efficiency, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internationalization.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO solutions and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Lead SEO strategy for high-impact client accounts and prioritize outcome-aligned roadmaps.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on SEO’s business impact and connect organic performance to topline KPIs.
  • Partner with Insight, Creative, and Paid Media teams on visibility frameworks, content briefs, creative testing, and shared signals.
  • Oversee contractor execution and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Monitor AI-driven search developments and lead internal education on their impact on search visibility.
  • Guide the SEO team on responsible use of AI tools for content ideation, QA, and auditing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, audits, and cross-functional SEO strategy.
  • Experience leading SEO strategy for mid-to-large brands across B2B or B2C verticals.
  • Strong perspective on how AI and large language models are reshaping user behavior and organic opportunity.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO with the ability to design audits, interpret diagnostics, and guide implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and emerging AI platforms such as Perplexity, GPT, and Claude.
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and building org-wide alignment on organic strategy.
  • Natural collaborator across strategy, channel, and execution teams.
  • Bonus: experience with structured data (schema), content design systems, or enterprise SEO platforms.
