Description

  • Build and scale the company’s People Analytics capabilities.
  • Unify data from systems such as Personio, Lever, and 15Five into a trusted source of truth.
  • Maintain high standards for People data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
  • Own core People metrics and develop dashboards for leadership reporting and decision support.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses that move stakeholders from understanding what happened to what to do next.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Finance/FP&A, and IT/HRIS on workforce and People data topics.
  • Translate business questions into measurable insights and improve data literacy across the organization.
  • Turn survey and feedback data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Build scalable reporting processes that reduce manual work.
  • Improve People data hygiene, metric definitions, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in HRBP or People teams.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience specifically focused on People Analytics.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes, including data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting workflows, and documentation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, ideally.
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to translate complex People data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to organize fragmented HR data and create scalable reporting solutions.
  • Analytical, structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to assess, select, and implement the right analytics platforms and methodologies.
  • Tool-agnostic and pragmatic approach to analytics.
