Description

  • Lead the Growth Enablement Squad and manage a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, data analysts, and UX professionals.
  • Architect AI-native workflows and growth infrastructure that reduce human friction and improve experimentation speed.
  • Build complex integrations, custom agent architectures, and data pipelines to support marketing and growth operations.
  • Develop marketing data architecture, attribution modeling, MMM, analytics/reporting, and experimentation platform governance.
  • Drive experimentation velocity by identifying high-leverage AI interventions and enabling signal-triggered experiments.
  • Package successful experiments into reusable toolkits and scale them through a network of AI Champions across the company.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to run growth experiments on AI-native product surfaces as the product becomes more agentic.
  • Own and consolidate the AI and MarTech stack to maximize speed and reduce coordination overhead.
  • Partner with the CGO and Growth leaders to set priorities, define cadence, align incentives, and measure outcomes.
  • Work with Engineering, Data, and IT to ship secure, maintainable integrations and systems that scale across the organization.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience across Growth, MarTech, or Product.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience shipping an AI agent, automation, or AI-native workflow currently in production.
  • Strong understanding of funnel and lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to communicate fluently with engineers about APIs and architecture.
  • Experience running rigorous A/B testing programs.
  • Knowledge of statistical significance, ICE prioritization, and test design for clean, attributable data.
  • Comfort with prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks such as n8n and Zapier AI, and the emerging MCP ecosystem.
  • Analytics fluency across product behavior tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel and marketing tools such as GA4, GA4 360, HubSpot Analytics, Omni, or Tableau.
  • Experience using AI-native analytics tools such as LibreChat or equivalent for natural-language exploration.
