Description

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat and resolve issues quickly.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and connectivity issues and guide customers on connection types.
  • Onboard new customers by assisting with account setup and delivering hands-on training.
  • Drive product adoption by taking a consultative approach and gathering customer feedback.
  • Manage billing, collections, and payment issue resolution with a personalized approach.
  • Support customer retention and identify upsell opportunities during account interactions.
  • Document bugs and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve the platform.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Interest in future Customer Success opportunities across Customer Support, Connectivity Specialist, Customer Onboarding Specialist, and Payments Collection Specialist roles.
  • Ability to support customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical or integration-related issues (preferred for Connectivity Specialist roles).
  • Comfort with customer onboarding, account setup, and product training (preferred for onboarding roles).
  • Negotiation skills and experience handling billing or collections (preferred for payments roles).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate customer feedback clearly.
  • Application and CV must be submitted in English.
  • Full-time contract role.
  • Remote work eligible.
  • Based in Barcelona, Cataluña.
