Description

  • Build and support software solutions for logistics workflows across brokerage, dock and yard, and shipper-facing products.
  • Contribute to backend, frontend, full stack, site reliability, data, or analytics engineering work as future team needs arise.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders across distributed time zones.
  • Participate in pairing, mentoring, peer reviews, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Own solutions with a "you build it, you run it" mindset.
  • Maintain code quality and contribute to CI/CD and agile development practices.
  • Work with modern technologies across services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Location: remotely anywhere in Brazil.
  • Open to engineering candidates at all levels, from Junior to Staff.
  • Experience in backend, frontend, full stack, data engineering, or site reliability engineering.
  • Experience or familiarity with Python (Django), Go, and/or TypeScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Experience with data tools such as ETL, dbt, Airflow, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud and infrastructure tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new frameworks quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and comfort working across time zones, including Brazil and US teams.
  • Interest in code quality, peer reviews, agile practices, and AI-assisted development.
  • Independent contractor status for this remote role.
