Description

  • Serve as the primary project management lead for the active carbon project portfolio.
  • Own timelines, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects advancing toward financeability and registration.
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve workflows across Forestry, Carbon, Finance, and Land teams.
  • Prepare and maintain structured project reporting for project finance partners and investor updates.
  • Own reporting deliverables for capital and project finance stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Identify blockers, surface tradeoffs, and drive decisions by aligning the right stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the project development lifecycle to represent the team externally.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, documentation, and project management infrastructure as the portfolio scales.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in project management, product management, product operations, consulting, or a generalist business role.
  • Experience working in a startup, growth-stage company, infrastructure, or climate-adjacent environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing cross-functional workflows across diverse teams.
  • Experience preparing reporting or materials for investors, project finance partners, or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear narratives.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
  • A collaborative, team-first orientation and a mission-aligned interest in carbon projects and natural climate solutions.
  • Experience in carbon markets, natural resource management, environmental finance, or climate-related project development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, environmental science, economics, or a related field; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
