Description

  • Provide timely break-fix support to resolve system issues and minimise downtime, including out-of-hours support under Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and carry out infrastructure and code optimisation to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Deliver 3rd line support for Azure customer identity and integration services, coordinating with internal teams on escalated issues to maintain uptime.
  • Implement real-time monitoring for applications and underlying infrastructure.
  • Set up proactive alerts and develop incident response procedures to detect, respond to, and resolve incidents quickly.
  • Monitor system health and provide feedback on performance issues and risks to service availability.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, enforce security policies, and ensure patching and system hardening measures are applied.
  • Support development teams with technical guidance to ensure applications and services are robust and secure.
  • Collaborate on new projects and enhancements to meet customer identity and integration requirements.
  • Prepare for upcoming releases and projects, including supporting security activities and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience providing high-quality break-fix support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to monitor and maintain complex cloud-based systems with strong uptime and performance focus.
  • Experience managing Azure subscriptions and Azure resources efficiently.
  • Expertise in managing customer identity using Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience creating and configuring applications in Azure.
  • Knowledge of OpenID, OAuth2.0, and SAML2.0 identity and access protocols.
  • Experience creating and customising user flows in Azure AD B2C, including custom attributes, claims providers, and technical profiles.
  • Strong understanding of user management and role/group administration in Azure AD B2C.
  • Ability to customise UX/UI in Azure AD B2C user flows and build complex flows based on requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API, MSAL, SSL certificates, and security best practices.
  • Experience implementing custom policies using the Identity Experience Framework in Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience with APIM, including security and cloud-to-cloud integration.
  • Hands-on experience developing with Azure Functions, Web Apps, and C#.
  • Proficiency with Azure Blob Storage, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps from development to production.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and deploying SonarCloud and ZAP in a CI/CD pipeline for code quality and security scanning.
