Support Specialist L3

Description

• Provide expert L3 service support for the service.
• Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents and problems raised by stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze issues and develop tools or solutions that help enable business continuity and reduce business impact.
• Proactively update assigned tasks and provide responses and solutions within the team’s agreed timelines.
• Propose corrective action plans for problem resolution.
• Deploy bug fixes in managed applications.
• Gather requirements, analyze needs, and design and implement complex visualization solutions.
• Monitor systems, resolve incidents and problems, document work, automate tasks, and assess and implement change requests.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical feedback and mentoring to teammates.
