Description

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects successfully.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and confirm technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation across project activities.
Develop detailed project plans and track progress against them.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Perform risk management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Own accountability for overall project success.

Requirements

Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Understanding of business objectives and how to set up projects within timeframe and budget constraints.
Ability to provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies.
Proactive attitude and ability to figure things out independently.
Ability to manage priorities and risks.
Very good knowledge of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
