Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects successfully.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and confirm technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation across project activities.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against them.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Own accountability for overall project success.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Understanding of business objectives and how to set up projects within timeframe and budget constraints.
  • Ability to provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to figure things out independently.
  • Ability to manage priorities and risks.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
