Description

  • Execute end-to-end, API, integration, regression, and release testing for voice journeys.
  • Prepare test data and expected outcomes and support business testers during UAT.
  • Run and extend automated test suites and evaluation sets designed by senior team members.
  • Log defects with clear reproduction steps and transcripts and track them through resolution.
  • Identify and escalate testing risks and blockers early.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software QA experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience testing voice or conversational AI.
  • Hands-on experience testing voice agents, including speech recognition, speech output, intents, latency, and transcripts.
  • Understanding of variable AI outputs and how to test them.
  • Experience with API testing and basic automation using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps, test management tools, logs, and transcripts for troubleshooting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience with voice testing platforms such as Hamming, Cekura, Coval, or Botium (preferred).
  • Experience with LLM evaluation tools, telephony technologies, ISTQB certification, Responsible AI testing, or multi-market journey validation (preferred).
