Description

  • Manage maintenance and operations across a broad regional portfolio to ensure consistent and scalable practices.
  • Oversee compliance with regulations, building codes, environmental standards, and operational requirements.
  • Develop and standardize operational policies and energy-saving initiatives across locations.
  • Partner with clients, owners, and asset managers to assess needs, support projects, and align operations with strategic goals.
  • Prepare, manage, and align regional budgets with financial strategies and resource allocation needs.
  • Maintain building standards through annual engineering audits and semi-annual quality control inspections.
  • Lead safety training, compliance tracking, regional safety audits, and emergency response support across multiple locations.
  • Work with vendors to perform building assessments and develop financial models and staffing plans.
  • Support regional staff training and oversee recruitment for the designated region.
  • Provide direction, strategic guidance, and performance management to direct reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of working or industry-related experience.
  • Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
  • SMT/SMA preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, life safety systems, capital budgeting, and energy management practices.
  • Strong skills in contract administration and project management.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, energy management software systems, CMMS, and other building operational platforms.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Regular regional travel required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
