Description

  • Generate prospect lists of restaurants and manage the full sales cycle from outbound outreach or walk-ins through close.
  • Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to each prospect’s needs.
  • Build relationships with restaurateurs and sell consultatively in the local territory.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff and delivery against sales commitments.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales activities.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and position Lightspeed effectively in the market.
  • Work daily in the field within the assigned territory as a field-based representative.

Requirements

  • Dutch fluency is required.
  • Experience sourcing or closing customers in restaurant operations or a related industry.
  • Experience in a field-based sales role with daily travel within a territory.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible attitude.
  • General technical proficiency with software.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
