Description

  • Own complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through final delivery.
  • Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure analytical outputs support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain data accuracy, methodological consistency, and alignment with delivery standards.
  • Review and validate work from Senior Analysts and Analysts to ensure quality and rigor.
  • Document methodologies, data transformations, and analytical assumptions thoroughly.
  • Monitor analytical workflows for timeliness, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Develop templates, standard modules, and reusable analytical assets for current and future engagements.
  • Support feasibility, complexity, and effort assessments for proposed analytical workstreams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align outputs with project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, methodologies, and standardization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a related field.
  • Degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery.
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-facing environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical programming tools.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and decision-support recommendations.
  • Experience creating client-ready visualizations, presentations, and analytical storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstream components with strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing analytical rigor, speed, and client context.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring analysts and contributing to reusable analytical frameworks or best practices.
  • Experience in workforce analytics, skills data, HR technology, or labor economics is a plus.
