Description

  • Collaborate with brand managers to define product requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with vendors that meet quality and pricing needs.
  • Manage vendor communications to support on-time product delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and brand teams to maintain appropriate stock levels across SKUs and distribution locations.
  • Work with accounts payable and brand managers to ensure purchase orders are executed and invoices are paid on time.
  • Perform COGS analysis and develop strategies to reduce procurement costs.
  • Create and share item-level inventory analysis and regular procurement reports.
  • Arrange best-method shipping with the warehouse for domestic and international shipments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for ordering and inventory management.
  • Support on-site inventory management with pharmacy partners and handle special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to be direct and diplomatic in communication.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience building processes from scratch.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Sheets (preferred).
  • Experience using NetSuite (preferred).
  • Experience with pharmaceutical procurement (preferred).
  • Experience managing domestic and international shipping (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (preferred).
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and apply data (preferred).
