Description

  • Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and executive summaries.
  • Support leadership with operational planning and special projects.
  • Partner with technical teams to coordinate system implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations.
  • Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to monitor inventory planning, vendor performance, purchasing timelines, and operational needs.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned vendors and service providers.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with technical or software development teams (preferred).
  • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations (preferred).
  • Vendor management experience (preferred).
  • Experience creating dashboards and operational reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industries (preferred).
