Description

Write maintainable, well-tested code and uphold coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with engineers on other teams to coordinate changes and integrations across connected systems.
Design, maintain, and evolve database schemas and write efficient, reliable queries that preserve data integrity and performance.
Improve platform reliability, performance, and overall quality through incremental enhancements.
Monitor platform health using metrics, logs, and monitoring tools such as Datadog, and help diagnose and resolve issues.
Stay informed on health-tech developments, including interoperability standards, drug databases, and related industry platforms.
Work with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements and deliver practical software solutions.
Follow SDLC processes and compliance requirements throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.
Integrate with external services and APIs as part of application development.

Requirements

Solid experience building and maintaining web applications with React on the front end and PHP (Laravel) with MySQL on the back end.
Experience working with external APIs and third-party services.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in health-tech, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus.
Must communicate clearly and respectfully and be approachable in a collaborative team environment.
