Description

  • Create embroidery and twill designs based on customer specifications.
  • Adjust and prepare customer-provided artwork for digitizing.
  • Produce artwork that aligns with product, licensing, decoration, and embroidery requirements.
  • Ensure all artwork meets aesthetic and production standards.
  • Run spell checks and quality checks on completed artwork.
  • Pull and self-assign work through the online Art/Order dashboard.
  • Read and interpret order instructions accurately.
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ship dates.
  • Save and organize art files in the appropriate network locations.
  • Work closely with Senior Artists, Licensing teams, and Art Support teams to resolve artwork and order issues.
  • Assist with quality auditing, editing assignments, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Macintosh computers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography and professional design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Comfortable working overtime during peak seasons and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in embroidery design or apparel production is preferred.
  • Understanding of embroidery processes and digitizing guidelines is preferred.
  • Experience working in high-volume art production environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to licensing-based artwork requirements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with production-focused creative workflows is preferred.
