Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design across Life360 platforms, translating strategy and insights into scalable solutions.
  • Design in-app experiences for discovering, connecting, and managing partner integrations.
  • Develop deep understanding of partner apps, including their value propositions, user bases, and technical capabilities.
  • Rapidly prototype early-stage concepts using AI-native and standard design tools to test new experiences.
  • Map and storyboard user journeys for partner integrations and create visual artifacts for stakeholder review.
  • Design frameworks and interaction models that simplify complexity and improve clarity, performance, and delight.
  • Create scalable design patterns that can be reused across product teams to unify design standards.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research to influence strategy and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Present insights and solutions to stakeholders at both individual contributor and executive levels.
  • Mentor fellow designers and help strengthen design culture and innovation across the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing mobile-first, consumer-facing products.
  • Experience designing location-based and/or health, fitness, or wellness features.
  • Experience with design partner programs and continuous feedback systems with early access customers.
  • Strong UI/UX craft with a portfolio showing elegant, data-informed solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience designing with and for AI-enhanced experiences.
  • Skilled in rapid prototyping with a strong bias toward exploration and iteration.
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable features or products from early concepts.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a track record of creating scalable frameworks and design processes.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with energy, curiosity, and humility.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a remote-first environment within the US.
  • Experience with AI-native design workflows is preferred.
