Description

  • Build rapport and develop relationships with attorney clients across Servicing, Customer Operations, Total Access, and PreCare teams.
  • Execute the Balance Verification process for balance requests and final bill packages.
  • Calculate current and final balances due and provide payment amounts to attorneys.
  • Create final bill packages and ensure accounts are accurate and complete.
  • Keep attorneys updated on request status according to the follow-up cadence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and tasks from attorneys and providers.
  • Work toward daily and monthly customer experience and target goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in record retrieval, collections, sales, account management, or customer service is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Paralegal or legal background is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build strong relationships and exceed monthly goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with attorneys, healthcare providers, and sales people.
  • Sound decision-making ability and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage professional and executive relationships.
  • Dependable, professional, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific business goals and monthly quotas.
  • Proficiency with Windows systems and Microsoft Office products.
