Description

  • Manage an active caseload of approximately 100-150 cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law firms and medical providers.
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to support care and service delivery.
  • Oversee medical treatment coordination for accident victims, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and analyzing medical records.
  • Evaluate prospective cases and make funding decisions of up to $25K.
  • Maintain workflow by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
  • Review dashboards, verify data, and track basic trends to support weekly metrics and accurate case tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service-level and revenue goals.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Provide strong customer service on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Exemplary customer service and time management skills.
  • Strong organization and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case.
  • Ability to assess case metrics, build and maintain law firm relationships, and make timely decisions independently and with supervisor support.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday, with hours dependent on location and accounts assigned.
