Description

  • Design and deploy networks across AWS and remote physical data centers using LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
  • Monitor network performance, integrity, and overall infrastructure health.
  • Deploy, support, and troubleshoot Kubernetes services and containerized applications.
  • Resolve cloud and local infrastructure issues through the service desk system.
  • Write, maintain, and automate infrastructure code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Create, test, and oversee security measures including authentication, authorization, and disaster recovery.
  • Configure and manage monitoring and observability tools such as VictoriaMetrics and ELK.
  • Communicate with internal users and Customer Service to support incidents and requests.
  • Compile and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of network administration and architecture experience in geographically distributed environments.
  • 1+ years of cloud networking experience, preferably in AWS, with medium-sized networks.
  • Terraform experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and access control models.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and command-line tools.
  • Hands-on experience with network security and hardening.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Zabbix, and DynaTrace.
  • Solid knowledge of Kubernetes deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with service desk systems such as Jira Service Desk or ZenDesk.
  • Working knowledge of DNS, certificates, domain management, and CDNs such as Cloudflare.
  • Spoken English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Experience with network equipment such as Cisco, Checkpoint, or Fortinet, and network operating systems such as JUNOS or Cisco IOS.
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or BSD Specialist, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
